Getting Started
Signing in
Where to log in, what to do with the temporary password we send you, how to reset a forgotten one, and why your staff must never share your login.
Your shop is run from one address, and it is not the same address your customers use.
Signing in for the first time
Open seller.digimaker.in
Any browser, on a laptop or a phone. The dashboard works on both, though the setup screens are easier on a bigger screen.
Enter the email and temporary password we sent
These arrive over WhatsApp and email after your initial payment. Copy and paste them rather than typing — the temporary password is deliberately hard to guess and easy to mistype.
Set a password you will actually remember
You are asked to change it straight away. Pick something you can recall without writing it on a slip of paper near the computer.
Land on your dashboard
You will see Namaste, [your name] and the health of your store. That screen is explained field by field in Your dashboard tour.
If you forget your password
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and enter your email. A reset link is sent to that address.
If the email never arrives, check the spam folder first, then message your onboarding contact. Do not create a second account — a seller account is tied to your store, and a duplicate cannot see your products or orders.
Light and dark mode
There is a small moon icon in the top bar. It switches the whole dashboard between light and dark. It is purely a comfort setting — it changes nothing about your store or what customers see.
Never share your login
It is tempting to give your packing staff your own email and password. Don’t.
- You lose the ability to see who changed a price or cancelled an order.
- Anyone with your login can see your bank details, GST and wallet.
- If that person leaves, you have to change your own password and re-tell everybody.
Instead, add each person under Team with their own login and only the access they need — it takes two minutes. See Team & staff logins.
Two ways out of the dashboard
The button in the top right opens your live shop in a new tab, exactly as a customer sees it. Use it after every change — it is the fastest way to confirm something actually took effect.
Your name in the top-right corner opens a menu with sign-out. Always sign out on a shared or shop-floor computer.
